Ipswich Hockey is calling for all interested parties to submit nominations for ALL 2026 Ipswich Representative MANAGER positions.

It is expected that appointed Managers will be available for all trial and training sessions, arranged trial games, and all carnivals and championships.

While all trials and training sessions for Opens, U18, U16 and U14 teams generally take place on a Monday evening, additional sessions on different days may be scheduled as deemed necessary. Trial games may also be scheduled for days outside of regular Monday training.

The nominations of multiple teams in each age group/division is possibility, therefore multiple Managers may be required.

All Coaches and Managers must complete the following courses and upload their certificates/badges with this nomination:

Sports Integrity - 1. Anti-Doping Fundamentals, 2. Annual Update, 3. Safeguarding Children and Young People in Sport (Masters support staff EXEMPT) 4. Decision Making in Sport
Hockey Australia (accessed via Hockey QLD ) - Safe Hockey - Expected Behaviours

PLEASE NOTE: ALL COACHES AND MANAGERS OF TEAMS UNDER 18 ARE REQUIRED BY LAW TO HOLD A VALID BLUE CARD TO BE APPOINTED.
