Summer Comp

2026 SUMMER HOCKEY IS COMING!

  Registrations open Thursday, 27 August.

To participate in our Summer Competitions, you MUST be registered with Hockey Queensland.  This is to ensure all participants are covered by insurance.

• If you were registered with Ipswich for the outdoor winter season, you are automatically registered and able to participate in Summer Comp.

         Please note: If you were registered for Hin2H in 2026, you must upgrade to a junior membership to be able to play Summer Comp.

• If you WERE NOT registered for the winter season, click the link below to register with HQ.

         Please note: If you played Summer Comp in 2024 or 2025, use the RENEW link.

                               If you are totally new to hockey, use the NEW MEMBER link.

• If you were registered with another Association for the outdoor winter season, you must register with Ipswich Hockey to play in the Summer Comp.  No payment will be required as your winter HQ registration will carry over.  Click the link below and select Returning Member to register for Summer Comp.

Registration & Insurance costs (for new members):  Seniors $89.28     Juniors (Born 2008+) $62.56

Key Registration & Payment Dates:

• 27 August: Team Nominations Open
• 18 September: Team Nominations Close
• 30 September: Payment 1 Due
• 26 October: Payment 2 Due

Age Groups:

• Seniors: Mixed ages played 7 aside
• Primary: Under 12 played 7 aside
• Secondary: Under 18 played 6 aside
• Family: Mixed ages played 7 aside

         Please Note: A max of 3 16+ aged players per team allowed on the field at a time

Team Cost:

Senior Teams - $500 per team

• $350 due by 30 September
• $150 due by 26 October

Primary, Secondary (U18) & Family Teams - $350 per team

• $250 due by 30 September
• $100 due by 26 October

Games Nights: Dates & Times

• All games will be played Friday nights: October 9 - November 27
• Games Times: 5.20pm     6.10pm     7.00pm     7.50pm
• Primary & Family games will be played in the first two timeslots where possible
